A management system I design and build for real operators — not a static demo page.
Modules
Room inventory, seasonal rates, reservations, check-in/out, extra services, restaurant charges to room, and occupancy reports.
Approach
Requirements are captured from your existing registers and forms. Data is modeled in MySQL, accessed through a Laravel admin with role-based permissions, printable PDFs where needed, and reports management can run without calling a developer.

Problem
Phone bookings and manual room charts produced double bookings and lost add-on revenue.
Solution
Phased modules, trained roles, audited changes, and deployment on infrastructure the client can own.
Architecture
Server-rendered admin plus optional API endpoints. Core entities are relational. Background jobs handle reports, notifications, and long imports when required.
Challenges
Every industry uses different words for the same step. The UI follows the client vocabulary, not a generic template label.
Outcomes
The organization runs daily work inside one system. Verified go-live details and screenshots are shared privately when approved.
