WebNujhat
Independent AI tools directory — discover, compare, and review software for work, business, and creativity.
Overview
WebNujhat (webnujhat.com) is an editorial AI tools directory I built: featured tools, categories, reviews, side-by-side comparisons, SEO roundups, and a blog.
Visitors can browse by use case (writing, image, video, audio, coding, marketing, SEO, productivity), open tool detail pages with ratings and pricing labels, and read comparison articles such as ChatGPT vs Claude or Cursor vs GitHub Copilot.
The stack is Laravel with relational content, public listings paginated for readability, and an admin area sized for bulk editing.
Problem
AI tool lists on social feeds change daily. Teams needed a structured, searchable directory with consistent reviews — not affiliate spam without context.
Solution
A CMS-backed directory: tools, categories, reviews, comparisons, and articles. Featured tools on the homepage; category and list pages for long-tail discovery.
Architecture
Server-rendered public pages. Tool records hold name, logo, category, pricing model, rating, affiliate link, and editorial summary. List pages use pagination so large catalogs stay fast.
Challenges
Keeping editorial independence visible while marking affiliate links. Normalizing logos and screenshots uploaded through the admin media library.
Outcomes
webnujhat.com is live with featured tools, categories, reviews, comparisons, and newsletter signup. Homepage stats reflect the directory scope, not personal income claims.
