When spreadsheets and copy-paste break
Orders, leads, inventory counts, and daily reports often start in chat and spreadsheets. That works until volume grows. Automation projects move those steps into software that runs on a schedule or on an event.
What I automate
- E-commerce & ops — new order alerts, stock thresholds, status updates to email or messaging when you provide the channel
- Leads & inquiries — website forms routed to the right inbox, CRM, or webhook with validation and rate limits
- Reporting — nightly or weekly exports from the database to CSV, email, or a shared folder
- Sync jobs — pull or push rows between MySQL, APIs, and files when a human should not be the middleware
- Retries & logs — queue workers that fail safely and leave an audit trail
Stack
Laravel queues, scheduler, and events are the default for apps I already host. Node.js or Python scripts join when the integration is small and isolated. Everything gets documented so your team knows what runs, when, and with which credentials stored in environment variables — never in the repo.
